There is hope for you. You got this! Full recovery is possible. It is important to feel emotions. My soul is beautiful. My body does not reflect who I am as a person. Health at every size exists! Eating says nothing about one's moral virtue. Negative thoughts and intentions don't have to match our behaviors. Follow your passion. The little joys in life. Why am I at war with my body? Recovery is the only way to truly live. Monumental moments are. Do the hard thing. We can find freedom together. Inspire challenge yourself. Love Nobody can recover for you release your emotions. I can depend on my; I can be happy by myself. Send time with yourself. You have purpose outside of your ED. It's okay to struggle. Diet culture does not serve me. Persevere in the face One day you will outgrow your ED. Recovering makes special and unique. Show yourself you can do it. Being scared is okay. Commit to yourself. In 5 years, where do you want to be? Enjoying food without guilt is possible. Body acceptance is possible
We all have different journeys. I am powerful. Create the life you want to live. Your eating disorder does not give you control. Your purpose in life is to live and laugh and love yourself and others. Take a walk in the forest. It is not your fault. Forgive yourself. I am proud of you. Keep going, take breaks. Full recovery is possible. Healthy self. In transit to a better life. Celebrate your successes. Soul self! Connect with your inner wisdom!
